Return Policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy is good for 3 days for Store Credit Only upon delivery of the order.

If you are not happy or found defect on your item, please email us and return your item within 3 days from the day you received the item with all "tags" for Store Credit minus original "shipping fee". After 3 days, there will be no refund for store credit.

For online orders, you must submit a return request by using "contact us" message box. We will provide return instructions.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure all tags are attached to the item in original condition. Removing the tags will void this return policy. 

Refund:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the return will be store credited or rejected. The return process usually takes about 2-3 business days.

Clearance Sale and Special Order Items:
All clearance sale and special order items are not refundable.

Exchange:
Exchange will follow the return procedures and submit a new order, please use "contact us" message box.
